OH and P.S. is air conditioning/heating included in electricity bill?

Yes, she graduated high school.  Going to college in fact.  She also wanted to know why when they turned on the electricity to her new apartment why it didn’t seem to get any cooler.

No wonder she had to call 411 to get phone numbers nearly 20 times last month.   Which reminds me.  She thought that she had unlimited Internet on her cell phone because there was an icon for a web browser on her phone.  Thankfully we corrected that problem before it ended up costing me an arm and a leg.
