		<description>Actually dude, I&#039;m starting to think that it is more the third cup of strong coffee that&#039;s causing the GI problems.  Two cups of double strength coffee seems to be my upper limit these days.</description>

		<description>Not to burst your bubble but new research shows that the aspartame in Diet Coke, etc. converts to formaldehyde in your liver.  Not a good thing.  May I suggest a Southern alternative, Diet Rite Cola.  It has Spenda instead.  If you go to your local running nut store you&#039;ll find thiese little pouches that runners squirt into their mouths during a long run.  Squirt one of these for every 2 or 3 power bars and your digestion will thank you.  Good carbs + protein + happy tummy.  See I&#039;m learning something at least.</description>
