I’m posting this on a time delay, but that hasn’t been working for me lately. Remote posting hasn’t been working either but I think that problem is finally fixed. And life goes on.
You can’t tell it from this angle, but even the ceiling was painted blue.
I painted the ceiling back to white and got rid of the $20 Wal-Mart ceiling fan. In case you haven’t caught on by now, THE WOMAN and I prefer earth tones. It’s our small part of slowing down global warming.
A couple of weeks back I promised you an update on the new house. Well, it’s finally time to move in so I need to make good on my end of the deal.

What the hell were the last owner’s thinking when they went with gold and purple? Was that their school colors or something? I get that the yellow walls make the room sunnier and all that shit, but still – purple carpet? That’s just wrong.
I’ll post some others later on. No promise of when because Verizon is supposed to come in tomorrow and get us hooked up on Fios.
That seems like pretty good advice to me. Both objects mentioned can be deadly if they fall into the hands of small people.
