Karma is always a bitch and sometimes it comes back around on you at hyper-light speed.

No sooner that I post an item harassing THE WOMAN for not knowing about the first hanging of the New Year do I get blasted for not being up to date with my Jessica Alba fetish.  It seems that the trailer for the next Fantastic Four movie is already out.  All I can say is that any movie with a trailer this cool is going to suck balls.  Just think about how cool the trailers were for the last three Star Wars movies and compare that to how bad the movies turned out.  Now do you believe me?

The Silver Surfer was always one of Jack Kirby's better concepts.  I really liked the existentialist approach that  Kirby and Lee took towards the character in the late 60's and early 70's.  Not a lot of interesting stuff was done with him after that.  I don't think a two and a half hour movie designed to sell toys is going to do much better. But it will still be fun to see how they manage to work in the return of Doctor Doom and Galactus trying eat the planet into one movie.
