Anyone want to put money on the fact that this was doctored? 

I told you people were idiots.  This whole PlayStation 3 shit just proves me right.  People are getting shot, robbed, and trampled all over a damned video game.  What’s worse is that in a couple of weeks there’s going to be dozens of these things on the shelves.  And if you can wait four months you’ll be able to catch them on sale, and on eBay.

Last night I was waiting outside one of the local Circuit City locations to pick SDFM up from work.  I noticed there were some social misfit looking individuals hanging around the front door.  The crowd kept growing and shrinking, some times as many has 20 people but never getting below a core group of about 6.  Part of me thought that Circuit City might have become a new hot spot for gay men to pick up young boys, but there were a couple of teenaged girls there too, so I thought it might be a crack corner.  Then I realized what was happening.  PlayStation 3 came out today.

The crowd was all the little toadies with no life.  It was really kind of sad to think that grown ass men would want to camp out to spend $660 dollars for a video game.  Mall Security showed up twice to run them off.  Each time the dweebs would come back.  The mall has a policy against camping out (go figure) so any car with fogged windows (dorks sleeping inside) was being carted off.

SDFM told me that they had been coming in the store all night offering cash to employees to get a PS3 voucher early.  That’s insane.
