Second full day in the new job and still nothing meaningful on my plate.  Although I did discover this morning that the gym here in the building does not provide towels.  Nothing like the feeling of drying your ass with the shirt you just worked out in.  Needless to say it defeats the entire purpose of the shower.

• Somehow the Partridge Family has ended up on my iPod.  That’s disturbing as fuck.
• Finally an honest reaction from an awards show loser.  The retraction of the reaction by Faith Hill’s people is full of shit.  Maybe Todd can shed some light on what the truth really is.  The video is

• The Democrats haven’t won any new seats yet (at least not officially) and the Post is already turning on them.  First they call Hillary dull, then they blast the Democrats campaign plan as being too Republican.  Of course the Post still wants you to vote for the Democrats, they just don’t want them to actually take office.
• Mixing human and cow DNA, wasn’t that an episode of South Park?  No wait, that episode was about mixing the DNA of a pig and an elephant.  Sorry. My bad.
• "I’m a deceiver and a lair."  But at least he’s not a priest, so it’s not like he’s a total pervert or anything, just the average hypocrite preaching for Jesus.
• Tornadoes in Japan?  Is this a sign that Godzilla is on the way?  If so, I hope he brings Mothra with him.  Mothra was the coolest.
• News Flash.  USA Today is going to be run by bloggers.  If the quality of the news goes down it will now by the fault of Matt Drudge and Big Head Rob.

I think I’ll head down to the lunch room and see if they have Jell-O with fruit chunks today.  Later.
