I know it’s wrong of me, but I can’t help wondering if the shooter used a flintlock or a blunderbuss.   How fucked up is it that an Amish school gets shot up? You know that had to be the last thing that anyone was expecting.  How high is the level of irony that they couldn’t use a phone to call for help and that one of the victims was transported in a helicopter?
