It’s called adaptability.  Needless to say that I don’t have much patience with people that don’t have a lot of it.  NEW GUY is struggling trying to get our office to adapt to the way he is used to doing things and that’s not going so well right now.  His lack of adaptability is about to land him on my last nerve.  That won’t be good for him.

 

Not to be a braggart but I am good at what I do.  After doing it for two years I should be.  NEW GUY has the task of taking over for me and really should be a good fit.  The problem is that he’s not showing any desire to take charge of the work and get the project moving again.  This is not at all a good sign.
