Ok, so I stole this from a much more popular blog, but it sounds like a typical conversation with me and THE BOY.
THE BOY: “Where are we going now? Target?”
ME: mumble
THE BOY: “Tell me! I have to know!”
ME: “The liquor store.”
THE BOY: “Again? We went there yesterday!”
I love it when my readers send me stuff to blog about. Case in point, just when I’ve about decided on which new car to buy Todd from Oklahoma sends me this page. Clearly having a PhD in shop class really does come in handy later in life.
This is a real load of crap. It’s not bad enough that Christmas gets shoved down our throats a full month before Halloween starts, now it’s a damned contest to see which store can be first to hang the freaking mistletoe.
Sweet baby Jesus (all eight pounds, eight ounces) give me a freaking break.
