TC the Terrible

At least it’s not my day for catching the bus. This morning at the Park and Ride the bus pulled off with three on us rushing towards it. I had to stand there like a chump for 15 minutes until the next one came along. Then tonight a handful of us were busting ass to get off the train and out to the bus stop. Again, the bus pulled off without us. I really should invest in a personal helicopter.

Yesterday, I sent the following message out from my Blackberry. JP responded that I should have posted it here on the blog, since it reveals so much about my warped mind. So, here it is.

After this morning’s Metro ride to work I am more convinced than ever that it should be a crime for big girls (200 plus pounds) to wear mini skirts and go-go boots. Riding up the esclator behind them is downright scary.

Wow, it has been hectic on the home front lately!  Tons of little things going on and a couple of big things too, but nothing we can’t handle.  

Work is going full speed for me and THE WOMAN.  She’s moved into her new office now and has a full time staffer on board as well.  The good folks at building services put new carpet down in my work area last night.  Dried carpet glue has a rather amazing odor.

The kids are all doing well, thanks for asking.  Grades are looking good, other grades are much improved, the farewell tour wraps up tomorrow, drama still rules, and leadership traits are starting to show.
