TC the Terrible

THE WOMAN is finally in a real office and out of the home office.  There are some ups and downs to that, the main downside is the commute in everyday.  Today was her first official day of fighting the rush hour traffic and it did not suit her very well.  To make it worse, DC’s main news/talk station WTOP was doing an in-depth piece on how badly traffic here sucks during her drive in.  The gist of the report was that on a good day the pace of rush hour traffic in DC is a whopping 12 MPH.  We have guys in my office that can run at that pace.  And you wonder why I ride the train to work?

It feels good to be here today. I miss the extra hour of sleep because class started later than work, but other than that it is good to be back.

FDFM is doing well in school, thanks for asking.  She’s had a bit of a sore throat but overall seems to be ok.  If nothing else she is more verbose than usual.

MY MOM is coming out for Thanksgiving this year.  We are all really pumped about that.  Basically because it means gravy for breakfast every day that she’s here.

I’ve got to crash on a project that is overdue.  More to follow.
